86 UNIT TOWNHOMES

This project is for the development of an 86-unit townhome community in Salmon Arm, BC. The development is situated on a 5.01-acre net site and will feature a gross density of 40 units per hectare (UPHa). The project includes 189 parking spaces, which is well above the required amount, and provides 6,754 square feet of outdoor amenity space for residents. The community will also incorporate a daycare facility to serve the needs of the residents.
